Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Arcstudios. Please read this Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Made-to-Order Products
All Arcstudios lamps are handmade and made to order. Because each product is created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or personal preference.
Small variations in color, resin pattern, shape, finish, and appearance are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

3. Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection was purchased with your order, Arcstudios will refund your money if the product is lost in transit or arrives damaged, subject to reasonable proof and verification.
Shipping Protection does not cover delivery delays, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, refused packages, or damage that occurs after successful delivery.
4. Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow time for your bank, card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund after it has been issued.
Shipping fees, customs duties, import fees, taxes, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Replacements
If your replacement request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement product to be made and shipped to you.
Because our lamps are handmade, replacement items may have slight natural variations in color, resin pattern, finish, and appearance.
6. Return Shipping
Please do not send any product back to us unless we instruct you to do so.
If a return is required for a damaged or defective item, we will provide instructions after reviewing your claim.
7. Late or Missing Requests
Refund or replacement requests for damaged or defective products must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
8. Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply to you under applicable law.
