Terms of Service

Welcome to Arcstudios. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of our handmade USA 250 Anniversary epoxy resin lamps.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase from us.

1. About Arcstudios

Arcstudios sells handmade, made-to-order epoxy resin lamps. Each lamp is individually crafted, which means small differences in color, resin patterns, finish, shape, and overall appearance may occur.

These natural variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not considered defects.

2. Made-to-Order Products

All lamps are made to order. Once an order is placed, we begin preparing and crafting your item specifically for you.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect ordering, or personal preference.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Processing and Delivery

All lamps are made to order. Please allow 8 to 15 days for crafting, followed by 3 to 6 days for delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Arcstudios is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, courier delays, incorrect shipping information, weather, peak-season delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Arcstudios is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

6. Shipping Protection

If Shipping Protection is purchased, Arcstudios will refund or replace the product if it is lost in transit or arrives damaged.

To make a claim, you must contact us at help@arcstudios.store within 30 days of delivery, or within a reasonable time after the expected delivery window has passed if the package is lost.

You may be asked to provide your order number, photos or videos of the damage, packaging photos, tracking information, or other reasonable proof needed to review the claim.

Shipping Protection does not cover delivery delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refused packages, or damage that occurs after successful delivery.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at:

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective product and packaging.

8. Returns and Refunds

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements may be offered only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or is lost and covered by purchased Shipping Protection. Refunds and replacements are subject to review and approval by Arcstudios.

Shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, and import fees may be non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

9. Product Images and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, and details accurately. However, product photos are for illustrative purposes only.

Because each lamp is handmade, the final product may differ slightly from website images due to resin flow, color blending, lighting, screen settings, and handmade finishing.

10. Product Use and Safety

Our lamps are intended for decorative indoor use only unless otherwise stated on the product page.

You agree to use the product responsibly and follow any care or safety instructions provided. Arcstudios is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, unsuitable environments, or failure to follow instructions.

11. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other charges imposed by their country, state, or local authority.

Arcstudios is not responsible for customs delays or charges.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including product designs, images, text, logos, graphics, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Arcstudios.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written permission.

13. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

You must not interfere with the operation of the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use the website in a way that violates applicable laws.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcstudios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. We also do not guarantee that product colors, images, or details displayed on your screen will exactly match the final handmade product.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website with the updated effective date.

Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms of Service and any purchases made from Arcstudios shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or protections that may apply to customers under the laws of their country or state of residence.
