Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, crafted, fulfilled, and delivered by Arcstudios.

1. Shipping Destination

Arcstudios currently sells and ships to customers in the United States.

2. Made-to-Order Processing Time

All lamps are handmade and made to order.

Please allow 8 to 15 days for crafting before your order is shipped. This processing time is needed because each lamp is individually made, finished, inspected, and prepared for delivery.

3. Fulfillment and Shipping Partners

To complete and deliver orders efficiently, Arcstudios reserves the right to work with domestic or overseas production, fulfillment, and shipping partners.

Your order may be processed, prepared, or shipped by one of our trusted third-party partners. Regardless of which partner assists with fulfillment or delivery, Arcstudios remains your point of contact for customer service, shipping questions, damaged items, lost packages, and eligible refund or replacement requests.

4. Delivery Time

After crafting is complete, please allow an estimated 3 to 6 days for delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Total estimated time from order placement to delivery is typically 11 to 21 days, depending on crafting time and shipping conditions.

5. Shipping Delays

Arcstudios is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, courier delays, incorrect shipping information, weather, peak-season volume, or circumstances beyond our control.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimate. Where required, you may have the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

6. Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Arcstudios is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If your order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

7. Tracking

When your order ships, we may provide tracking information by email or through the order confirmation page, where available.

Tracking updates may take time to appear after the shipping label is created.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other charges imposed by their country, state, or local authority.

Arcstudios is not responsible for customs delays or customs-related charges.

9. Lost, Damaged, or Defective Orders

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at help@arcstudios.store within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

If your package appears to be lost, contact us at help@arcstudios.store with your order number and tracking information.

10. Shipping Protection

If Shipping Protection was purchased, Arcstudios will refund your money if the product is lost in transit or arrives damaged, subject to reasonable proof and verification.

Shipping Protection does not cover delivery delays, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, refused packages, or damage that occurs after successful delivery.
